Definitions
“Customer” means the company or person who creates an account. “User” means anyone authorized by Customer to use the Service. “Content” means data submitted to the Service, including reviews and other UGC.

Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Service description and responsibilities
Sentimo provides AI-assisted analysis, moderation, and workflow tools for customer reviews and other UGC. Features may include sentiment analysis, moderation workflows, response suggestions, and reporting.
- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of Content you submit.
- You must ensure you have rights to use and share Content with Sentimo.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and consumer protection laws.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.
- Transmit malware, spam, or other malicious code.

AI outputs and human review
AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use, especially when decisions may affect users or customers.

Subscriptions, billing, trials, and refunds
- Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Custom billing models may be available on request.
- Trials may be offered and will be described at signup or in your order form.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prorations may apply when upgrading or downgrading plans.
- Refunds may be available and will be governed by your order form or required by law.

Content and intellectual property
- Customers retain ownership of their Content.
- You grant Sentimo a limited license to process Content to provide the Service.
- Sentimo retains all rights to its software, models, and branding.

Third‑party services
The Service may integrate with third‑party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. Sentimo is not responsible for third‑party services.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for Sentimo or others. You may terminate your account at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentimo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means before they take effect.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Québec, Canada.
