    • Hosting and infrastructure providers (Canada-based infrastructure, including DigitalOcean Toronto).
    • Analytics and monitoring tools.

  5. Data residency and transfers


    Sentimo is designed with Canada-based hosting in mind. If you choose self-hosted models, your data stays within your chosen infrastructure. If you choose cloud-based AI providers, data may be processed outside Canada depending on the provider.

    When we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by law.

  6. Retention and deletion


    You can delete imported UGC and other data at any time. When you request deletion, we remove it from active systems and do not keep it beyond what is required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

    We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continuously work to improve safeguards.

  8. Your rights


    Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
